These Terms apply to the Acorns Earn promotion with Cricket Wireless which provides qualified participants with a monthly opportunity to earn a $0.75 investment to a participant’s Acorns Invest Account by making a $5.00 or more transaction with Cricket Wireless via the Acorns’ Earn Program, subject to the Terms set forth below. To participate in Acorns Earn promotions, you must have an Acorns Invest Account in good standing with a minimum balance of $3.00.

Partner:  Cricket Wireless

Contribution:  Acorns Grow, Inc. shall provide a Contribution of $0.75 USD to a participant’s Acorns Invest Account for each Eligible Transaction that has been completed with Provider with a limit of one Contribution per month.

Eligible Transaction:  Any purchase of $5.00 or more, within the calendar month, at Cricket Wireless made by using a valid credit or debit card that is properly linked to the participant’s Acorns Invest Account.

Limitations:  Maximum one (1) Contribution per month. Use with other promotions, discounts, gift cards, and/or coupons may disqualify a participant from receiving the Acorns Earn Contribution for this Partner. Visiting other sites before completing the Eligible Transaction or activating other cash back/reward sites or browser extensions, may associate the Eligible Transaction with a service other than Acorns and thereby make that Eligible Transaction ineligible for the Contribution. Use of ad-blocking or cookie-blocking software or device settings can prevent Acorns from recognizing Eligible Transaction(s) and as a result can make the Eligible Transaction ineligible for the Acorns Earn Contribution.

Promotion Period:  The Promotion commenced May 31, 2024. Acorns may, from time to time at its sole discretion cease the Promotion by posting the change on its website or within the Acorns app.

Notification and Posting:  Participants will typically be notified within 3-7 business days of successfully completing an eligible transaction, and contributions to the participant’s Acorns Invest Account will typically be posted within 120 days thereafter.

Acorns is not a party to and makes no warranties regarding any purchase from or transaction with the Partner, and as such shall not be liable in connection with any dispute, faulty or defective merchandise or other issues that may arise in connection with any such purchase or transaction.  While it is intended that contributions to a participant’s Acorns Invest Account be completed within 120 days from the last date on which any item included within an eligible transaction is able to be returned to the Partner in accordance with the Partner’s standard return policy, delays may occur and neither Acorns nor the Partner will be liable in connection with any such delay.  Participants will be notified via e-mail, through the Acorns mobile application or via other means within 3-7 business days hours of successfully completing an eligible transaction included within this promotion, however Acorns will not be liable in the event any such notice is not timely sent or received.  Eligibility to participate in certain promotions may require the allowance of cookies on the applicable mobile or desktop device, and may also require other device settings as determined by Acorns from time to time. Participants may also be required to disable any ad blocking or private browsing in their browser settings to receive certain Acorns Earn offers.

To the extent an Acorns customer believes that they are entitled to a reward that has not been contributed to such customer’s Acorns Invest Account, such customer must notify Acorns within 60 days from the applicable transaction date by either sending an email to support@acorns.com or completing and submitting a support request at https://www.acorns.com/support/contact.  Acorns will, upon timely receipt of any such notice, investigate such support request, and Acorns’ decision in respect of such matter shall be final and binding.

Acorns shall be entitled to terminate or cancel all or any portion of this or any other promotion at any time by either providing email notice to its customers or posting such cancellation or termination notice at its website or within its mobile application. In addition, Acorns reserves the right to reject or void all or any portion of a contribution under this or any other promotion at any time if Acorns suspects the claim to that contribution was obtained or made fraudulently, unlawfully, in a transaction or manner that otherwise lacks a legitimate purpose, or otherwise in violation of these terms. Once an Acorns Invest Account is closed, all pending rewards that have not yet been invested will be forfeited and canceled.
